Your Success is Your Fault

Today’s Underdog Millionaire Tip Sheet is about
YOU. Not just your business, but with everyone
you interact with.

I titled this tip sheet a little negative because
of the fact that too many of us blame a lot of
OTHER things in our lives for the situation we
have been dealt.

…but guess what?

It’s all up to you.

It’s all on your shoulders.

It’s all under your control.

…and it’s all your fault, good or bad.

Before you start throwing rotten fruit and doggie
doo at my head, hear me out.

Sure it’s easier to blame your job, parents, dog,
car, significant other, mailman, toaster over, or
drycleaners for having a rotten life.

Sure it’s easier to say “but I have no money, how
can I possibly be successful with no money?”

Well, start today by giving back.

It’s amazing how those of us with crappy things
going on end up being the ones that TAKE the
most.

I know I have issues with it (just ask my amazing
girl friend who give waaaay more than she will
ever get back).

I’m sure you do too from time to time.

Start today.

Yep, the economy is miserable as hell, and my heart
goes out to those of you that have written in,
actually apologizing for not buying something
because you can’t afford it.

I have a lot to learn from you folks.

…but you can do something.

You don’t have to spend money. Just take action.

Take action in a positive way that will BENEFIT
those around you and will benefit your goals.

No goals?

Get some. NOW!

If you don’t know where you are going, you will
never get there (I wish I came up with that one).

Take responsibility and take charge.

If you want a better tomorrow, you need to start
TODAY.

If something comes into your mind, where you could
help someone else, or you could help your success,
then ACT ON IT.

Get deadly serious.

Tell yourself every morning when you wake up that
“It’s all my fault, good or bad.”

Be proud of the GOOD and replace the BAD with some
more good stuff instead.

Stop blaming the dog, cat, airport, teacher, employee.

Let’s get to work together and take responsibility
for the success of our small businesses and the
success of ourselves and those around us.

These are not separate things.

It’s all part of one big machine.

Ok, now get going. Do something, ANYTHING, but start
NOW.

Change your future.

Until tomorrow,
Joshua Black

P.S. I’m currently working on my own version of a
success principles book. It’s going to be a
collaboration of things that I’ve picked up over
the years. I hope you like it.
