Today’s tip sheet is all about Twitter, the dumbest
website ever made…
Yet for some reason it works to bring in more business.
Before I go any further I want you to know that I am
NOT a Titter-ologist or Twitter expert of ANY kind.
I have only been using it a few weeks, but I will
show you what I have learned.
I totally hate Twitter. It was designed to have
people with nothing better to do, talk about each
time they go to the bathroom and how many times
they walked their dog today.
People will spam your account like crazy with
automatic replies and the whole system can suck
up a lot of your time for little reward.
However, since I firmly believe that you need to
get customer traffic from as many angles as
possible, the old Twit-box actually does trickle
in a few extra every day, not a lot but it
brings customers I didn’t have before.
Here’s how you can do it without wasting a bunch
of your time Tweeting, because if you do it
manually, you are won’t get your money’s worth.
1. Sign up for an account.
2. Find a few gurus that you like.
3. Go the their followers and keep clicking Follow
until you get to the maximum of 2000 people before
your account won’t let you add anymore.
4. People will instantly start to follow you back.
You can get a few hundred new followers per day
this way.
5. Put the whole thing on autopilot, because it’s
generally a waste of your time. Go to
www.Twaitter.com and set up a free auto-scheduler
account.
6. Send out a lot of messages 24 hours a day with
links to your site or product.
7. Watch your customer list slowly grow while
you don’t do anything else.
Now the inherent flaw with this brilliant plan is
that if everyone does it, there will be no one
actually reading the tweets and clicking on the
messages.
Right now there are enough REAL people reading it
that it still works, but it won’t work forever.
…but who cares, you have the whole thing on
autopilot. Even if it brings you 1 new customer a week
you didn’t have to do any extra work to get them.
