Rinse, Wash, Repeat…

by Joshua Black

There is an old advertising saying that could
not be more true today-

“Persistence breaks down resistance”

It means that you can never let your customers
forget about you.

It means that you need to have a frequent dialogue
with them, maybe not something as crazy as every
day like I do, but at least once a week or so.

You see, you can never predict when someone will
buy.

You never actually know when a customer will
come running down the street with a wad of cash in
their hand.

So you keep the conversation going and you never
let them forget about you.

You send them holiday cards.

You send them promotions, gifts, coupons, free
offers, and refer-a-friend deals.

Once a person has made a purchase with you, no
matter if it is a business or an individual, a
relationship has started.

It is up to the seller to keep the relationship
alive and kicking or dead as a door nail.

You have to repeat your message over and over
again, with once NEVER being enough.

It might take a year for someone to want what
you have, but when their ready, you’ll be there.

This is not about brainwashing, it’s just about
being on the person’s mind when they have that
“aha” moment and need what you have to sell.

If someone has given you permission to contact
them, never give up until THEY tell you to stop.

Rinse, wash, repeat.

Until tomorrow,
Joshua Black

P.S. One perfect way to keep in constant contact
with your customers is through sales letters. You
can even write your emails in sales letter format.

A great way to learn how to write cash-grabbing
sales letters is to waddle on over to:
