Before we get down to business with today’s
Underdog Millionaire Tip Sheet, I want to do
a little housekeeping first.
I would like to survey you.
Nothing big at all, and of course this is
entirely optional. I just want to know what
kind of business you have, or what kind of
business you would like to have.
That’s it. All you have to do is reply to
this post with a sentence or two about your
business or dream business.
You don’t even have to tell me the name of it
or the website, but if you want to share that
I would like to see what you’re up to.
I talk to some of my clients fairly regularly,
but many of you stay quiet in the shadows.
…so this is your time to change that.
I just want to be able to tailor the Tip Sheet
to the kind of advice you are looking for.
I would really appreciate a response. Thanks.
Ok, now down to business…
Today we are gonna talk about repetition in your
business.
Customers really like patterns.
They like to experience the same thing over and
over (if it is good of course).
When we go to a restaurant we may have the same
type of food that we love to eat, or the same
smiling face at the dry cleaners.
People like to purchase the same brand week after
week, because we are all creatures of habit (which
is also why positioning in the customer’s mind
is so important too, but that’s for another day).
Soooooooo, if you are doing something RIGHT in your
business with whatever service you are providing,
take some time and write it down.
Step by step.
This is a trick that restaurant owners use when they
want to turn their single restaurant into a franchise.
Watch every move in your business and take notes on
the things that you do GREAT and keep doing them over
and over, not just some of the time.
If you find things that you do WELL, turn them up a
notch and do them GREAT every time, over and over.
If you find things that you do really crappy on (and
we all have them so be honest with yourself), then
FIX those things.
Don’t just sweep a few bad things under the rug,
because it’s those bad things (maybe a poor customer
service plan) that can make you lose a customer
and those mad customers will tell a bunch of friends.
If you want more information about how you can
position your business in the mind of the customer,
and make your marketing message a customer-grabbing
machine, hop on over to: www.UltimateUSPCreator.com

Until tomorrow,

P.S. Hey, please don’t forget about the survey. do it
right now while you are thinking about it.
