So, you might be wondering what today’s Underdog Millionaire Tip Sheet is all about.

Well, I’m gonna tell you in just a minute.

You see, whether you’re business already has hundreds of customers or you’ve yet to snag a single one, too many business owners get all wrapped up in the idea of customer service.

…and since you’re an Underdog Millionaire, you’re probably working on most aspects of your business yourself, which will cause you a huge pile of unnecessary work if you’ve got an elaborate customer service routine.

Everyone knows that you MUST have unparalleled service and quality if you want your business to have a snowball’s chance of surviving, but what everyone DOESN’T know is that you may not be thinking the right way about customer service.

Almost every business owner wants to create a relationship with their customers. This is a great way to sell more stuff.

However, there is another catch to this- Most customers have no interest in maintaining a relationship with you… they just want to buy stuff to solve their problem and then move back to the cool stuff that they were doing with their real lives.

Soooo, why do we beat people up with endless voice-mails, shoddy products that require customer service, and poorly-written website copy that requires the customer to follow-up to find out more details?

This is where you need to put on your Underdog pants… This is where you strap on the “helmet of perfection” and really look at your process.

The best customer service is to provide an atmosphere where you don’t need to have ANY contact with the customer at all… this means you did your job.

Of course you can say I’m totally crazy if you’re in a face-to-face service business (yes, you will need to contact them to deliver your product), but I’m not talking about that.

I’m talking about answering questions, following up, and having to call the customer back 20 times, because your product or service wasn’t doing what it was supposed to do in the first place.

So what can you do to make this better?

Here are seven little things that you can do to get rid of customer service, save more time, make more money, and end up with much happier, more loyal customers:

1. Make sure that you’re answering every question that the customer could possibly have, on your web site. Your copywriting needs to be positioned towards the sale, not towards showing off your business. If you want to create rock-star copy in a minimal amount of time, I have a little something for that at my sales letter system course.

2. Don’t ever sell a product that sucks. People have had enough.

3. Try to eliminate voice-mail and have a one-step way for people to get a hold of you. They call or leave a message and you call them back and solve the problem the first time.

4. Give the customer the tools to solve the problem herself. Remember that customers DON’T want a relationship with you.

5. If there is a problem, solve it the first time. Don’t half-solve things out of laziness and require people to come back to you.

6. Never get off the phone or email with a customer before you’re sure that you have solved their problem.

7. Make absolutely sure that your customer knows EXACTLY what your business stands for with a well-crafted Unique Selling Proposition. Your USP is the biggest promise that you make to your customer and it needs to permeate every aspect of your business.

If you need a USP overhaul, you may want to look at my course and software called the Ultimate USP Creator.

It’s time for a change and you’re just the person to do it.

Down with crappy customer service, I say!

Underdog Millionaires unite and work towards molding your business around the most efficient and best ways to keep your customers coming back for MORE MORE MORE!

In your service,

Let’s get down to “brass tacks” shall we? The economy is starting to fire up again slowly. Businesses are starting to hire again, but wages aren’t going to go anywhere for awhile.

This means that as an Underdog small business owner, you’re gonna have to work twice as hard to get those customers to part with their hard-earned greenbacks.

Here are seven things that you can do to give your marketing a little kick in the pants, and to bring in some more sales in the process… get the paddles ready… CLEAR!

1. Don’t lose a potential customer through the cracks- Data is a powerful thing and if there is any way that you can grab even just a prospect’s email address, then you can follow up with them until they buy. Look at your processes and try to find “holes” where the prospects may be leaking out.

2. Treat the “golden customers” like royalty- Don’t take your top 20% for granted. Give them gifts out of the blue. Hold their hand when they have random questions that might annoy you. These are people that feed you. Give them special treatment and they will keep coming back. Getting new customers is a LOT more expensive than keeping old ones.

3. It’s all about your copy- Everything that you do to engage with your customers is copywriting. From your business cards, to your email messages, to your fliers, to your web site. If you don’t engage and motivate your customers according to their wants and their problems, then you won’t motivate them to buy.

You don’t have to be the best in the world in order to benefit from a good copywriting education. Any small business owner can become much better at creating solid copy that will motivate sales.

In fact, if you’re interested, I’ve got a little copywriting course that I created just with you in mind. You’ll be motivating your customers to make a purchase in no time: www.sales-letter-system.com

4. You have to close the sale- If you don’t ask for the sale, the customer may not ask for you. You’re in business to make money and there is no reason that you should give away the farm.

If you have a customer that’s trying to steamroll you into giving them all kinds of stuff for free (like I just recently went through), just be straight with him and explain that you’d love to do business and explain your fee for that particular task.

If you get a freebie grabber, it’s OK to “fire” them. They’re not going to be a good customer anyway, so don’t waste your time trying to please them.

5. RUN the other direction, FAST! If everyone in your niche is tripping over each other to compete for the same customers in the same manner, then how long do you think before that ugly pyramid comes crashing down like a pile of rookie cheerleaders?

Instead, take the easier route and zig when the others are zagging. Borrow from other industries. Look at the marketing techniques of non-related groups are doing and mirror them.

6. Branch out your business into other niches- One of the best ways to make an AUTOMATED income from your current business, is to teach others how to do the same thing, by writing a e-book.

If you can take your many years of experience and give someone else the tools to learn “how to fish” (so to speak), people will pay top dollar for that information.

Best of all, the more specific your niche, the smaller the competition, and the more money for you. Almost anyone can create an information product (e-book) for their business and once you put in the hours to set it up, the books sell automatically.

I’ve been able to add a bunch of tiny income streams to my business doing the same thing with niche e-books. If you want to find out exactly how I do it, (and at a total STEAL for less than ten bucks, click here: www.information-product-report.com

7. Give BEFORE you can get- I know that I harp on this a lot in the book that you got for becoming a subscriber. There is a rule of reciprocity that takes effect when you genuinely help another person without expecting to get anything in return.

Whether you go above and beyond with helping a new customer, or you give an existing customer “white glove” service even if they didn’t pay for it… they will remember your actions in their subconscious.

The next time that you need “help” (aka. ask for the sale), your customer will be much more inclined to buy from your if you’ve already made the first move and helped them gratis.

OK, that’s about it for me today. Add some comments below and let the rest of the Underdog Millionaire audience know what you’ve been doing to create more customer traffic.

In your service,

It’s still winter here in Michigan, as well as many other parts of the country. I also happen to live in a house that was built before people decided that insulation was quite handy when it’s cold outside.

Since my furnace likes to run constantly so that it can also heat up our yard and the rest of our neighborhood (sometimes I think I should open the window to make the process more efficient), it was time to get some insulation.

…so I called this guy that had an OK web site with a little demo video. He seemed like a stand-up fellow and was very professional on the phone.

A week later, he showed up on time and that’s when all of the magic happened…

This guy (we’ll call him Jimbo to protect his real name, Jim) shows up with a magic heat sensing camera that takes a picture of my house and shows me how horrible my life is… well at least my insulation, but he made me feel like I was about to die.

He then proceeds to come in the house and performs the same sales tactics that would make even the most novice salespeople blush with embarassment.

Here’s how it all went down:

He said we have absolutely NO insulation in our walls without any testing or measuring (besides his magic camera) even though I know that there is some in a few locations.

He then asked what my wife and I do for a living BEFORE he would quote a price.

Once he couldn’t really understand what we did, he explained that he was magically having a “SALE” this month and that we have to buy right NOW or the service would be really expensive.

He asked us if we worked for the government.

He then said that if we were willing to pay all cash, he would “give us a bogus receipt” from a “bogus company in Indiana” dated for 2010 so that we could get a rebate on our taxes.

His “honest” price was more than double the cash price, to which he said that he “did this all the time and has yet to get caught.”

…then we happily handed him thousands of dollars in cash, since he seemed to honest and sincere?

Hell no.

I can’t believe that there are enough people out there supporting this clown, but I was not going to be one of them. Since you’re an Underdog Millionaire business owner, I would hope that you feel the same way.

If you cannot show integrity in your own business, then why would a customer believe that you’re not out to cheat them as well?

If you can’t show that you run your ship by the book, then what makes you think that your customers will believe you when you say that your product works as described, or that you guarantee your craftsmanship?

As fellow Underdogs we all have a duty to our customers to treat them with the utmost respect and to give them the service that they need.

My hope is that ol’ Jimbo will eventually get caught for the work that he is doing and that his antics will lead to his demise. There is just no room for that. There is PLENTY of cash to be made by operating honestly.

There are a few things that will happen when you operate your business with integrity:

You’ll get more referrals

Your customers will forgive you quicker when you make a mistake

You’ll maintain a loyal following

You’ll eventually make more money

It’s actually LESS work for you to run an honest business. You don’t have to spend time covering up lies and performing double book-work. You’ll be able to sleep at night, and you’ll know that you’re really out there to make people’s lives better while you improve your own.

So, let’s all learn a lesson from old Jimbo and show the world how awesome you can run your business the Underdog Millionaire way.

What’s your story?

Have you run into any Jimbos out there?

I’d love to hear about it in the comments below and I’m sure that your fellow Underdogs would as well… just please leave out the specific names.

Until tomorrow,

Joshua Black

P.S. If you want to know even more ways to become an awesome salesperson without having to lie, cheat, and steal your way to get there, check out www.closing-the-sale.com

First, before we get started to attract more customers today I wanted to let you know that I’m slowing down the frequency of the publication for the Tip Sheet. Instead of trying to pound one of these babies out each morning, I’ll only be sending about one or two a week instead.

That being said, the posts will be longer and even MORE valuable so that you can go back to them a few times during the week when I’m not sending you anything… working on QUALITY over quantity. Enjoy.

Do you make this same mistake that I’ve been making?

In the past, I made a grave mistake with my marketing tactics. It was a mistake that cost me dearly in the beginning, and frankly, it’s something that I’ll have to carry around in my business for a long time because of it.

I made an assumption about my customers.

Instead of allowing my customers to think any way they want, I thought they were just like me.

I thought my customers behaved just like me and thought just like me…

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

In fact, you’re NEVER your own customer. Customer modeling is a great way to try and get in the mind of the person that you’re trying to market towards, don’t get me wrong.

However, the grave mistake that I made was that I was using myself as the model (I no longer do this, but I used to).

I would write sales letters to myself and think of how smart I was. I would write things that appealed to me, as if I were my perfect customer.

Wow, was I wrong.

This is so important that I will repeat it again… You’re NEVER your own client. That’s critical Underdog Millionaire point #1.

Not too long ago, I wrote a blog post for one of the top freelancing blogs in the world, Men With Pens. There, I explained how to find what your customers are REALLY looking for.

I’ll embellish even more here.

You see, your customer is a sneaky, little character. She may tell you wonderful things, give you powerful insight into her buying habits, tell you that you have the best stuff on earth… but in the end may NEVER buy a thing.

Here’s critical Underdog Millionaire point #2: There is a HUGE difference between what people LIKE and what they actually BUY.

When you want to attract customers to your business, you have to show them that you have what they want to buy. You have to go for the REAL reason that they are coming to you, NOT the reason that is coming out of their mouths.

People don’t buy shampoo to fix their spilt ends and give their hair more volume and bounce. They buy the stuff because they want to FEEL sexy. They want to be attractive to other people.

…but they will NEVER tell you that.

That’s the point I’m trying to make. When you are developing your next product or service you have to get to the REAL reason why people are buying from you.

Not the reason that YOU think they’re buying from you.

Not the reason that they SAY they’re buying from you.

I know this sounds a little tough to swallow, but it’s the dead-honest truth. Your customers will lie to you, but they don’t mean to. It’s the way that we’re wired.

We buy on emotion and rationalize the purchase later with logic.

If you want to attract more customers to your business, then it would probably be in your best interest to adopt this policy. Make sure that you are going after the REAL reason that they would come to you.

Example: A customer comes in your store and asks if you have a can of green paint. You can either hand them the can, thinking you solved their problem, or you can dig a little deeper.

The REAL reason that the customer came to you, is because their child was not sleeping well and though the color would help. Once you find this out you can come up with REAL product solutions to solve this customer’s problem perfectly.

The customer comes to you with the emotions of worry and anxiety for the health of the child. Appeal to those emotions and everyone wins.

If you want to attract more customers into your business, I have written a book that explains 101 FREE ways that you can get more customers… without spending a dime more that you already are.

It’s called Underdog Marketing 101, and we happen to be nearing the end of the launch week. I’ve added a big pile of bonuses for people that have the decision-making ability to pull the trigger now.

After September 19th, the extra bonuses are GONE… and they alone are worth way MORE that the 27 bucks that you’ll pay for the book.

Check it out here: http://www.attract-customers.com

If you have been around Ye Old Underdog Millionaire Tip Sheet for awhile, you’ll know that I have a secret marketing weapon that is not available to anyone else on the planet.

You see, my dog happens to be one of the best sales and marketing mentors around. He’s been with me when I came up with many new ideas for products and today is no exception.

My 90-pound friend has an ear infection. The only reason I know that is because he told me. At first he shook his head a little more than usual. Then he scratched more than usual. When I didn’t get the hint, he would pace around the house and dive-bomb the carpet so he could slide across his head, like a baseball player sliding into home.

…I finally got the clue and today we are going to the vet.

So, what on earth does my dog’s rotten ear have anything to do with your business? Plenty. When something is not quite right in your business, there are many tell-tale signs that were given BEFORE the bigger problem occurs.

Maybe you lost half your customers to your competition. However, for months before that, you were slacking off on your customer service, you went cheap on your marketing, or maybe you didn’t call a few people back, because it wasn’t convenient.

Perhaps you overheard a customer’s negative comment. Maybe you got a few emails out of the blue, asking you to fix certain things about your business.

These are all signs of a small business ear infection. They are completely reversible, but will take some actual work on your part. A business does not go south overnight.

When a business gets in big trouble is right about the time the owner has stopped tuning in to the signals, or even worse, has lost passion and excitement for the business.

If you want to avoid a goopy ear in your business then you need to make sure you address the little things as they happen. When you get a single email from a customer about something, it usually means that there are hundreds of others thinking the same thing, with only one brave soul letting you know.

Don’t assume that all complaints are immediately wrong. Just because it’s your business does not make you the “super-fancy king of the universe.” The only reason you are around is because your customers allow you to be. Without them, you are left holding the penicillin.

There are other times when your business is running like a well-oiled machine, your customers love you, but you just aren’t growing. This is most-likely due to the fact that you’ve not branched out in enough directions to get more customers (and you may need to increase the dollar amount and frequency of each sale).

If you’re looking for 101 different ways to get customers completely for free, no matter what business you are in, then you might want to sign up for the Underdog Millionaire 101 notification list (upper right hand corner of the blog).

This is a separate list from the Tip Sheet, and only people on it will receive a big ‘ol pile of extra goodies on launch day.

Sign up now, so you don’t miss out on any of the updates.

Until tomorrow,

There is an old business saying that goes:

“it is only a sale until they come back, then it’s a customer”

There is so much value in the little sentence… make sure you read that puppy a couple times. This is something that I know I have been guilty of in the past, so I’m sure you may have been as well.

If you are focusing on just making that individual sale, closing just one time and then moving on, you could be running your business to the red-line.

The businesses that create consistent growth over time, and have the ability to weather the storm year after year, are the ones that build CUSTOMERS and not sales.

It does not matter whether you are selling over the Internet, in your underwear at your kitchen table, or you are selling a service face-to-face. It’s all the same. You have to create a relationship with your customer. You need to start thinking of your customer as your friend, because after all, they are providing for you financially, so it is your DUTY as a business owner to provide then nothing less than the best possible service that you can provide.

Here are 10 simple things that you can do to cement that customer relationship:

1. Call them out of the blue with a tip that will help them, unrelated to your business. Ask them about their life and actually care about the answer. This is NOT a sales call.

2. Email them a positive press clipping that you found about their business with a congratulatory note.

3. Use the power of referrals in your network to help them out with other services, such as legal if you are not a lawyer.

4. Send them to your competition (yeah, you think I’m crazy, but hold on)- If you cannot provide them the best possible service for the customer’s given situation, send them to someone who can. Your customer will respect this ballsy move FOREVER. They will not forget it and will come back to when they need you.

5. Give them a huge discount if they are one of your best customers, something where you might not make any money on a transaction, and let them know it.

6. Remember their birthdays, anniversaries, dog’s birthday, the day they got the measles… whatever. Send them a card in the actual MAIL, not email. This will go a long way. DO NOT PITCH YOUR BUSINESS in these cards, like my idiot car salesman does.

7. If you have a commodity-like product with lots 0f competition, treat them as if they are the last customer you will ever have.

8. Don’t let them forget about you. Create a newsletter that is mailed or email on a frequent basis to share valuable tips about your industry and let them know the cool things that you have going on in your business.

9. Have a picnic- What other oil change place is going to have a pony ride for the kids? What other landscaper on earth is going to throw a customer bar-b-que? What consultant takes all of their customers out for ice cream?

10. Rewards programs- Develop a frequent buyer’s club or some kind fo system that provides incentive for only doing business with you. If you are in retail you MUST do this or you are missing out on thousands of dollars. If you sell anything else, this would probably be very unique to your industry. I hav yet to see anyone do this with information products.

What do you think? What are a few ways that you like to use to create customers instead of just a sale?

If you want 101 more ways to get customers for FREE and to keep them for life, then stay-tuned. Underdog Marketing 101 is on it’s way and it’s the most powerful book I’ve written, to date.

There is going to be a pre-release notification coming out soon, so stay tuned and make sure you sign up. Anyone that makes a purchase during the launch will get a big bag of goodies that will not be available to anyone else that purchases the book outside of the launch.

Until tomorrow,

The most FORTUNATE thing happened to me last Friday. It was the most perfect learning experience and I could not pass it up. While I was busy minding my own business at home, a guy the looked just like Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite came to my house to try and sell me something.

…this is GOOD stuff.

I mean this is sooooo good I couldn’t make it up if I tried. In fact, I have been an idiot all weekend, because I couldn’t wait to share it with you today (I know that my fiancee will be happy that I am over it).

Ok, here’s the story:

There I was, just minding my own business, when a rusty Astro van pulls up in my driveway. A guy with aviator sunglasses and a bad tie was behind the wheel, but the magic didn’t happen until the rusty Astro door squeaked open to reveal a guy that looked just like Uncle Rico.

He was carrying something pink in his hand, throwing it up in the air and whistling as he came to the house.

My dog was going insane as my fiancee was trying to keep him from eating “the whistler” as I answered the door.

At first I couldn’t believe it. This guy looked and acted just like Uncle Rico-and in case you haven’t seen this movie, there are some critical sales lessons in there. You should rent it tonight!

Anyway, I open the door and Rico is standing there shoving a giant pink can of bathroom air freshener spray in my face.

The FIRST thing he told me was that he was trying to win a golf trip.

He then asks me if I would be interested in trying out the Utra Mega 9000 (name changed to protect the innocent), an “American Made” product… and just for looking at it, I would get this SWEET pink can of fart spray in return.

I handed the can back to him and sent him along his way. The entire transaction lasted no more than 30 seconds.

In hindsight, I wish I had let the guy give his demo, because I would have even more to share, but he was REAL creepy so I wasn’t about to let him in my house.

So what did we learn from Uncle Rico…how NOT to sell.

Here are a few tips on NOT selling, courtesy of “the man” himself:

1. The customer could give a rat’s behind if you are trying to win a contest, or anything about YOU. The customer wants to know what’s in it for them.

2. Your free gifts and mini-bribes have to be VALUABLE and RELEVANT to the person that you are talking to.

3. When you are announcing your USP to your customer, or even trying to break the ice with what you do, make sure that you don’t forget what it is you are selling and how if will benefit the customer. I still have no idea what that guy’s product did.

4. When you get a “NO,” make sure that you have a few follow-up answers to give the customer a few more chance to buy. Maybe you have not addressed all of their skepticism yet. Rico just turned around and got back in the van.

If you want to find out even more about how to close the sale much quicker, without really selling at all, check out this great guide to closing the sale.

NOW it’s your turn. I want to hear some of your crazy encounters with sales people that have really botched it up so bad that it made you laugh. Leave a comment below.

As you may or may not know, I am a martial artist in my spare time. I practice a certain style of Okinawan Karate.

That is pretty irrelevant except for some
of the great wisdom that my teacher
occasionally shares with us.

This latest one is a great tip for
finding exactly what you want from your
customers.

We were teaching a group of children and
one of the kids was particularly noisy that
day.

My teacher asked him “how many ears do you have?”
…kid says “2″

My teacher asks “how many eyes do you have?”
…kid says “2″

My teacher finally asks “how many mouths do you
have?”
…kid says “1, of course”
My teacher then says “then you should always be
watching and listening twice as much as you are
talking”

This is exactly what you should be doing around
your customers. Each time you interact with them,
you have the ability to gain information about
what they like, dislike, and ideas for future
projects.

Instead of just shuffling our feet and hoping
that you can get out of there and go play golf,
try to REALLY listen to what the person is saying.

Maybe your widget has a fatal flaw.

Maybe your customer service needs some tweaking.

Maybe your customer is just dying to tell someone
the greatest, million dollar idea in the world.

…or perhaps you just want to know where you
stand with them and whether or not they are looking
for a new supplier.

You can find out all of this stuff by watching
and listening twice as much as you are talking.

Your customers will think you are wise and you
will gain some really important research intel
in the process.

Until Tomorrow,

I was speaking to a long-time friend last night and he is looking to start a career change by getting into B2B sales.

He had an interview with a chemical company,
where the guy that he was talking to basically
told it to him straight, saying that there is
nothing sexy about selling chemicals, what they
need is CLOSERS.

This is something that you may need in your
small business.

The ability to close the sale is as much of an
art as it is an attitude. You are not at that
sales call to make a new friend.

You are not on the phone consultation to tell
the customer what you are doing for the weekend.

You are not writing a sales letter, developing
a web site, or running your service business
because you really just needed something to pass
the time.

You are doing it to close the sale.

There are hundreds of ways to close the sale, from
the Zig Ziglar specials to long-term techniques of
building a relationship with your customers.

However, there is one thing that all closing methods
have in common.

It’s been going on since the first time a caveman
sold a lion drumstick to the guy next door for a
new baby seal blanket.

You have to ASK for the sale.

I’m sure this is not you, but there are way too
many small business owners that feel like they
are doing their customers a disservice by asking
for the sale.

They feel as if they are intruding by suggesting
useful products and services to their clients, or
perhaps they might make someone mad if they
dare ask if the customer wanted to buy something.

Customers are not visiting your business for fun-zies.

Customers love to buy.

If you have a product or service that can legitimately
help another person, then you have an OBLIGATION
to tell them about it.

If you had a chance to help out a friend, wouldn’t
you take it?

Well, consider your customers the same way. Show them
how your product or service will benefit them and then
ask for the close.

It’s about building trust.

It’s about building the relationship over time.

Your customers don’t want to shop around for
a new salesperson each time they have a similar
problem.

They want to have their “guy” or “gal”

Ask for the sale and all will be well.

Speaking of asking for the sale… if you want
to learn how to close the sale without having to
use worn-out tricks and half-baked pitches then
download the Underdog Sales Bible here:

http://www.closing-the-sale.com

Buy it.

Love it.

Or it’s free. That’s all there is to it.

Until Tomorrow,

Recently an auction just finished up for a whole heap of items from Michael Jackson’s estate.

The prized item of the night, his white,
crystal-studded glove, went for $190,000.

Wow.

Since the King of Pop is no longer moon walking
with us, people are scrambling for any little
piece of him that they can get.

…and willing to pay HUGE piles of cash to get
it.

So what does this have to do with your own
small business? EVERYTHING.

You see, when you are developing a product
pricing strategy, you are starting with your market.

You are deciding if you are targeting people with
lots of money or people without much money.

You are deciding whether or not you want to have
a product that has a high perceived value, or
a commodity-like, discounted value.

One of the lessons that I teach in my Underdog
Pricing Report: http://www.product-pricing-strategy.com
is that you can create heirloom value out of your
stuff, just by the value that place on it.

Hence, the glove.

Just look at many of the products that we covet
on a daily basis. Their actual manufacturing costs
could be a few pennies, but the business owner
deliberately decided to only make a few of something
in order to keep the perceived value and the price
way up there.
Remember that there is no such thing as a true
price for ANYTHING. All value is perceived by the
buyer.

Just by increasing your prices, you can increase
the perceived value.

Many times, small business owners that are just
starting out, think that they don’t deserve to
command a high price for their product, so they
price it low, thinking they will make a splash
in the market.

That is a huge mistake, one that I have made myself
in the past.

If you want your customers to think that your
product or service has that heirloom value
that deserves to get such a big bag of cash, then
you need to show your customers why.

Dust off that white glove.

Put on some Billy Jean.

Add so much value to your product that your customer
will feel like they are stealing from you!

Product pricing strategy could be the most single,
import feature of a business where most people
have no idea how much money and business they have
left on the table.

I have spelled it all out for you.

I pull back the curtain, lay it all out on the
line, and give you a TON of information packed into
a solid report on how you can put MORE money in
your pocket, while doing LESS work, all with
your pricing strategy.

If you want some serious CHANGE in your small business
I highly suggest you check this out. You won’t be
sorry.

Just a single tip from this report alone could
make you thousands of dollars.
