Greetings again from Lincoln Nebraska. For
the rest of this week I will be delivering
the Underdog Millionaire Tip Sheet at the
end of the day after my black belt seminars
that I am participating in.

Since I am in a martial arts mood, I figured
that I would give you some martial arts
marketing tips this week.
Today, I learned from the master of our style,
straight from Okinawa, Japan.
He told a great story that has everything to
do with your small business.
In Japan they have two different words for
watching. One of the words means to watch
for the sake of entertainment, not really
soaking in the knowledge…
The other version of the word “watching”
means “to steal.”
This is stealing by learning from others,
the good type of stealing.
Today my karate master told me a story of
how sushi chefs apprentice with a sushi
master to learn the craft.
At first the sushi master does not even
speak to the newbie. This can go on for
months.
The apprentice is supposed to “steal” by
watching the master and eventually copying
their style only by watching.
If the student does not “steal” fast enough
and pick up the skills, the sushi master
kicks the apprentice out.
The same thing can hold true for business.
If you don’t pick up the techniques of the
maters fast enough, you get kicked out of
your success window.
