First you will need a list of some kind, whether
it is a physical mailing list, or just an email
marketing list.
Second, create a campaign over a period of about
5 days, that slowly reveals the product to the
audience.
Each day you unveil that it will come out soon.
Each day you give a few more tips about how it
can help your audience.
But, one of the best ways to create this HYPE
for your product in advance is to give a
discount to people that buy within a small
window of time, say 2 days or 3 hours…
Whatever you want.
On that last day of your campaign, you will
give the link for the limited-time offer
and watch your in-box fill up with orders.
Of course, your audience really must WANT
the product before you can sell anything,
but if you want to create some quick money,
this is the way to go.
Product promotion like this can’t be done
everyday. Your audience will get tired of
being plugged for money each time you mail,
but you can do this every so often and
bring in a stream of new customers that
you would not have otherwise.
